- The "Spa Mama" of the Ledford Executive BeautiControl Spa Team! I joined BC in Feb. 1994, became a Unit Director in April 2002. Our team has Spa Consultants all over the United States and currently consists of 4 independent units under Shari Shepherd, Caryn Colahan, and Leah Goodrich.
